Importance of Mirrors...
So I have come to the conclusion that documenting a pregnancy and the changes it brings is very important just to make sure that everything is tip top and going great. A mirror plays a huge part in being able to watch your body change. Since we have moved I have not had the opportunity to look in a full length mirror until yesterday. My mirror is still not unwrapped so I have not seen anything except my shoulders and up for the last three and half weeks. To my surprise, I am more pregnant than I thought I was. I kept looking down and though my feet disappeared months ago my stomach looked so small. I was beginning to worry about the baby being to small even though the doctor said I am measuring perfect and I was feeling really good about my lack of weight gain. Yeah I looked in the mirror and there most definitely is a baby in my stomach and not only that, she most certainly is not small. So I have decided that today I will unwrap my mirror to get a better look of the miracle that happening right in front of me.

Keepin ya posted...
So sorry for being out of touch but we just barely got our internet set up. So we have been settled for almost 3 whole weeks now in our new place. It is smaller than our old place but so cute and cozy. Aaron LOVES his job and worked a 16 hour day yesterday. He is the hardest worker I have ever known and I am so grateful for everything he does for us. Oak is loving her new room and all of the baby clothes that I have started getting out again. Her butt is actually so small that she can put on a pair of 3-6 month pants and they turn into really cute burmuda shorts on her. I am SUPER prego now and looking forward to meeting my little one. She is so active and is constantly letting me know she is there, especially at 2 in the morning, ugggh. I actually finished her crib set which turned out ADORABLE and I plan on making Oak's bedding to match. So pink, so girly, and so perfect. We are liking our new little town and everything it offers, especially the fact that we are only an hour outside of Provo. When I have more to report I will but there ya go. We are alive, happy, pregnant, and doing good.

3D Maisy Jane Brady

I got to see one of the neatest things I have ever seen in my life today. We got 3D pictures of our new little beauty and I thought I was going to die when I saw the detail that we were able to catch of her inside the womb. Technology in the world today blows my mind and when something so wonderful can be used to catch something so precious it makes me even more grateful to be living during this exciting time in history. So here she is and the absolute definition of her daddy's traits. The first picture is of her feet . It is the outside of her right ankle and her left foot crosses over the right. The second picture is of her left hand and her perfect long fingers. The third picture is of her face almost straight on. It just barely cuts it off but she has her daddy's chin. There is a tiny little fold right under her bottom lip and she pouted and just made that sweet chin even more prominent. Oaklee has daddy's chin too. So cute when she cries. The fourth picture is a bit more profile. She has my little swoop nose although not as swooped as Oak's was. She has a little smirk in this picture. The fifth picture is of her left foot up by her face with her right ear in the picture. Tell me that is not the definition of perfection(I know I am a little biased but man are Aaron and I good haha). Saturday, January 8, 2011
Sweet Moments...
There is nothing more magical than having my little girl come climb in bed with me at 2:30 am and hold my hand while at the same the tummy tenant decides to shift sides and get comfortable in another position in my stomach. I can't even describe the joy that I felt and the familiar feeling I had that I knew these two precious people in another time. I recognize their spirits and I know that they were my best friends in the pre- mortal life. I feel an absolute kindred ship with them and the love I felt at that moment for these beautiful spirits that I helped create, I know, will only increase from this time on. I love being a mother. I love knowing that I am with my best friends forever. I love that at that sweet moment I didn't feel something new but just something familiar. I have felt that joy before and I am so grateful to have been able to feel it and recognize it again. I am proud of my daughters and the people they are and the legacy that has begun.

New Year and Stuff...

It's a New Year and a New Start for this Brady Clan. We are relocating to Price, UT and we are ecstatic. Vernal has been indescribable. Our almost 2 and 1/2 years here have been the best of our lives and the lessons we have learned and the sweet people we have met have molded and shaped us to be better for the eternities. I would start out by saying that nothing could top a year of overcoming the 2009 post-pardum hormones and depression but 2010 you proved me wrong. The year started out easy enough and we had almost started to wonder if the Lord had forgotten about us because other than the occasional late bill or stain on the carpet, life had been pretty easy. Then the mid-point of the year came around and everything went down hill. I know that people say they prefer going down hill because it is easier on your legs but for me the ease has come with the climb because going down hill hurts my knees. Needless to say our knees have been skinned, scabbed, bruised, and nearly broken, but thank heavens because we know now more than ever that we were not forgotten. It was quite the opposite. I think we were given a load off to relax before our down hill began. So we finish off the year once again being brought to remembrance that the climb is 110% better for us than the down hill fall. Life has somewhat resumed back to normal with the exception of the giant watermelon that I am smuggling and our move. We are now ready for a new place, new people, new experience, and a new chapter to add to our book of eternity. We sill strive to be better than we were last year and now instead of thinking the Lord has forgotten us we will strive DAILY to find his fingerprints in our day to day routine. This year will be wonderful and it is our prayer that yours will be too. Happy New Year. Happy Beginnings. Happy Trials. Happy Triumphs. Good Times and God Be With You.

Shnow....
We got pounded last week with over a foot of snow in one day. Well it has started again. We woke up to a good three inches on the ground this morning and more is still coming. My goodness it just keeps coming down. I decided that Oak should experience the wonderful cold goodness for herself. Even though we were only outside for 2o minutes, she loved it.
