Start off the Easter weekend by staying the night at Oma and Opa's house. Oaklee still has no real idea of who the Easter Bunny is so sleep comes easy to her. She wakes the next morning with mom being to excited for her to wait past seven to discover the fun goodies left on the table for her by this unknown bunny. She lays there for 5 minutes while mom throws pillows on her in an attempt to wake her. She finally sits up with drunken eyes while mom tries to explain what awaits her. She recognizes the word Barbie and she snaps awake. AHHHH she loves her Barbie. Now time to get ready for church. Big hair and homemade Easter skirt. Sister was supposed to have a matching dress but vomit blew that idea out of the water(i promise pictures will come soon)Pose, Pose, Pose, now off to church.

A day in my shoes...
Starts off with a gas filled baby that makes faces with each new bubble that comes. Gas passes, now time for a feeding followed by burp and a warm and happy baby. This process is repeated once every 3 hours. Next and in between comes a 2 year old with the most beautiful hair I have ever seen wearing the same pink dress that she has refused to change out of for two days(I do get her ready everyday but she pulls her hair out and changes into that dang dress) I then let her play and when she appears to be done I clean up only to have the same mess made again and again. So between a bubble belly baby and a carefree toddler, my days are full of the greatest blessings I have ever known in my life.

Good things of the week...
1. I successfully sewed 5 pillows, 3 shirts, 1 dress, and 1 pair of bell leggings.
2. Deep cleaned the entire house only to have it once again terrorized by the two year old.
3. Made a real dinner for my family, once (I hate cooking)
4. Got 4 hours of sleep at a time every night instead of 2
5. Even more in love with my husband and family than I was a week ago.
So grateful for my life and all of the sweet chaotic things that occupy it. My bright eyed little sidekick that leaves a trail of "stuff" everywhere she goes. For my warm and gushy baby that snorts and farts as much as she sleeps. For my man who works to exhaustion everyday so that I can stay home with our little ones, who comes home and still has more to give, who makes me laugh, and smile with every word that comes from his mouth, whose blue eyes get bluer and brighter the happier he is. They have been breathtaking lately which lets me know that truly all is well. Life this week was good!
