The Lord's Hand Print...
This past week was a little tough while waiting for my mind medicine to kick in so that I could feel normal. I was sick mentally and physically and then my family came to visit. They are loud. They are all over the place. They are my saving grace. Having so much noise in my tiny home was just the distraction that I needed to take my mind off the selfish sickness I was feeling. Then on top of that, Aaron's family came for a visit too. Aaron and I were talking later about our childhoods and what we want for our children and it became so clear to us how blessed we have always been. For the both of us to have parents that sacrificed their own wants, needs, and lives so that Aaron and I could have a great childhood. From the sport events that our parents were so involved in to the kick in the butts we needed sometimes. The bar for parenthood has been set so high because of the amazing job our parents did with us. We have so much to live up to. I am grateful for my parents and for Aaron's parents and for their examples of true love. The Lord's hand print in our life has been so evident since we have brought home our sweet celestial gift. I love being a mother and wife over all things I have ever experienced and I pray that my spiritual eyes will continue to stay open so that I may recognize the Lord's hand print in my day to day life.
